Microsoft Bookings Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee, to be determined at the discretion of 10X IT. Cancellation or rescheduling requests can be made by contacting our support team.

  4. Payments and Fees
    Payment for services rendered by 10X IT will be discussed and finalized during the appointment. No payments are required when booking through the Page. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the provision of the services will be communicated to you, and you will be responsible for settling those amounts.

  5. Customer Responsibilities
    You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment and to update any changes promptly. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for the scheduled appointment and that you have the necessary access and permissions required for the services requested.
